Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 3 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee 20% the price of your scheduled appointment. No-show appointments and late cancellations (made within 1 hrs of appointment time) will be charged 100% of the service price. The salon needs to pay its technicians even if a client is a "no show". This policy allows us to retain great technicians. Credit card is required for booking appointments however nothing will be charged to your card until after your service or in the circumstances noted above. We have a no refund policy. However, we will do our very best to ensure that you are happy with your service. Rescheduling Policy We’ve noticed there have been many rescheduling requests lately, which makes it difficult to manage all appointments smoothly. Since we are a small business, we kindly ask that when booking, you check your schedule carefully to be sure of your availability.
